The FAA’s evolving training needs demanded innovative solutions to enhance workforce readiness and operational excellence in Address Resolution Protocol’s (ARP) six major technical specialties. ADDX delivered updated and revamped training modalities and materials to meet these evolving requirements.
ADDX developed Training Development Plans (TDPs) for Compliance and Engineering, crafted course material for the compliance specialty, and created eLearning modules for Airport Certification Safety Inspectors (ACSI) deployed on the FAA’s Electronic Learning Management System (eLMS). These solutions were adaptive, standard-aligned, and technology-driven, ensuring a cutting-edge and complete learning experience.
