Solution
Addx provided a comprehensive, end-to-end solution to the VA Office of Human Resources and Administration’s planning and execution of the $250M Human Capital Investment Plan (HCIP) and related programs. The model combines centralized process, decision making, change control, and strategic planning with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) embedded within the individual Program Offices responsible for executing the programs.
