Challenge
The U.S. Coast Guard is in need of support to bring their Direct Access Hosting system up to date by improving cloud support & security services.
Solution
During the systems implementation phase, Addx provided engineering support and analysis for all IT security activities. We applied operating system patches, DBMS patches, and patches related to middleware including Web Logic, Tuxedo, and Java.
Addx moved to the operations and maintenance phase of the contract where we put in place Help Desk structure, procedures, and systems.
